Bring your game to every platform.

We port your game to PlayStation, Xbox, Switch 2, mobile and VR - platform integration, optimization, QA and certification handled from start to release, at a fixed price and to the highest quality standards.

Trusted by studios and publishers

Same game, every screen

A port is more than a new build. It’s a new way to play.

Every platform has its own screen, controls, features and approval process. Switch between targets to see what changes when the same game moves.

Proven on every console

Every new platform is a new audience. Let’s reach it.

A PC-only game leaves console, handheld and mobile players behind. We bring it to them without rebuilding it internally or pulling your team off its roadmap, and every additional platform becomes another revenue stream.

  • All platforms - old and new gen, Switch 2, mobile and VR
  • High first-submission certification pass rate
  • Any engine: Unity, Unreal, Godot, custom and proprietary
  • Code your team fully owns

What a port includes

Everything between your PC build and a console store page.

One team covers the whole path, so nothing falls between an engineering vendor, a QA vendor and a certification consultant.

01

Technical review

Repository, build pipeline, controller readiness and performance checked before we commit to scope and price.

02

Platform integration

Platform SDKs, APIs and dependencies converted, with platform-specific code kept clean and maintainable.

03

Optimization

Frame rate, memory, loading and asset work against each platform's targets, including handheld modes.

04

Controls & UI

Controller support, button prompts and UI readable on a TV ten feet away or a handheld screen.

05

Saves & platform features

Save data, cloud saves, achievements and trophies, suspend and resume, done to each platform's rules.

06

In-house QA

Functionality, compliance and localisation testing (FQA, CQA, LQA) by our own team, on every target.

07

Certification

Submission handled end to end. A failed submission is fixed and resubmitted at no extra cost.

08

Post-launch support

Bug fixes, patches and platform updates covered for 3 months after release, at no extra cost.

Lynci made porting far more cost-effective and easier to manage, letting us bring the release to more platforms. The game also passed certification on the first attempt - proof of how reliable the tool is.

A Little Extra Magic: Bringing The Witch's Bakery to PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch

The Witch's Bakery is a cozy narrative RPG about a witch who opens a bakery in modern Paris and heals people's hearts with bread. Here is how we brought Sunny Lab's game to PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch for its launch alongside PC - without losing any of its charm.

faq

Game porting
questions, answered.

How long does it take to port a game to console?

Most console ports take 3 to 6 months from kickoff to release: a short onboarding phase, then 8 to 20 weeks of active porting and optimisation, followed by 2 to 4 weeks of certification. Smaller Unity titles move faster; custom engines take longer. You get an exact timeline in your free estimate within 3 business days.

How much does game porting cost?

With Lynci, our fixed-price porting model, a port is priced in fixed tiers for indie, premium indie and AA games, covering PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, WinGDK and Nintendo Switch 1 and 2. Portfolios and AA+/AAA projects are priced individually. The price is confirmed after a free technical review and billed per milestone - no hourly surprises.

Do you handle console certification, and what if it fails?

Yes. We manage submission end to end and coordinate with platform holders directly. If a build doesn't pass first-party certification, we fix and resubmit it at no extra cost until it's approved.

Which engines can you port?

Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot and custom or proprietary engines. We are also one of very few studios globally that ship Godot games on consoles.

Can you port my game to Nintendo Switch 2?

Yes. We've already taken a AAA title through Switch 2 certification, one of the few studios that has, and Switch 1 and Switch 2 are both part of our standard fixed-price porting.

What happens after the port launches?

Bug fixes, patches and platform updates are covered for 3 months after release, at no extra cost. It's written into every contract.

Do we keep ownership of the code?

Yes. Your team fully owns the code we deliver. Our internal Lynci framework speeds up repeatable technical work, while experienced engineers review every change and make the decisions.

We are AA or indie. Are we the wrong size?

No - most of our portfolio is AA and indie titles. It's who we build for.
